A la 6:20am and on my way to work. I wanted to share this recipe because it kept me full from 6am until 11:30 when my lunch break was!
- 1 Frozen Banana (cut in to chunks)
- 2 Scoops Chocolate Protein Powder (VegaOne – Chocolate)
- 1 Cup Unsweetened Chocolate Almond Milk
- 1TBSP Natural Peanut Butter
- 1/4 Cup Plain Fat Free Greek Yogurt
- Ice and Water to desired consistency
- And the greatest ingredient ever created to thicken smoothies: 1/2tsp of Guar Gum
BLEND AND SLURP.
